Starlene runs the Property Management division of Chameleon, dba Red Hawk Realty PM, managing rental properties across the backcountry and beyond. From tenant screening to maintenance coordination to owner statements — we handle the details so you don't have to. Ashlyn Windsor serves as Assistant PM, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Tenant screening is a crucial first step in property management — Star & Ashlyn conduct every screening in strict compliance with federal Fair Housing, applying the same objective, written criteria to every applicant.

Military service is part of our family story. With service in the United States Coast Guard and United States Marine Corps, and generations of military family experience behind us, we understand the VA loan process, PCS moves, military transitions, and the planning that happens behind every move. Star has walked alongside her husband Corey through his Marine Corps career and more than 30 years of military family life, while her daughter, son, father, and brother have also served. We help service members, spouses, and veterans navigate homeownership with confidence, clarity, and care.
