Starlene Bennin

Starlene is a United States Marine Corps veteran who brought that same discipline and follow-through to backcountry San Diego real estate. As a Broker Associate and Property Management Director with Chameleon, dba Red Hawk Realty, she works with ranch and rural home sales as well as rural rental management.
She works alongside her daughter Ashlyn. Together they bring a family commitment to each client relationship — whether a first-time VA buyer or a property owner with rentals.
Starlene leads the day-to-day operations of Red Hawk Realty PM and works sales under Chameleon, dba Red Hawk Realty, with licensed activity supervised by the responsible broker. She is at home with the details rural properties often include: wells, septic, fire zones, equestrian and agricultural use, and off-grid living.
Ashlyn Windsor

Ashlyn is Starlene's daughter and fellow veteran — making theirs a true mother-daughter duo with military service running through the family. As a local Realtor raising her family in the San Diego backcountry, she brings community roots and personal investment to every interaction.
She serves as both Realtor and Assistant Property Manager, handling tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and property showings across the backcountry. With a sharp eye for detail and genuine warmth with clients, Ashlyn is trusted by both tenants and property owners to get things done right.

Starlene leads the day-to-day operations of Red Hawk Realty PM, the property management division of Chameleon dba Red Hawk Realty. She runs the work of the division with owner-level care and accountability, while licensed activity remains under the responsible broker’s supervision and the brokerage’s presence in the community.
